Michelle Stegen is a career advisor at Lethbridge Community College in Lethbridge, Alberta CANADA.  She is also a Certified Practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Strong Interest Inventory.  Like many people, Michelle spent 12 years in the wrong career but now credits the MBTI and The Stong for completely changing her life.  She has helped over 600 people aged 16 - 65, empowering them to realize their own potential and find rewarding career paths.  Michelle will discuss the importance of self-exploration in the career planning process.
