Welcome to Get Fit With Monie-Mind Body and Spirit join me tonight at 11:00pm as we explore how do you deal with someone who never sees themselves as the problem? They are never wrong and you have all the issues? Every single thing others do to you is everyone elses fault except yours? Hum, sounds very suspicious. What happens when someone gets close enough to actually check you about your actions? It will either bring you closer together or tear apart what you thought was solid and strong.  According to Psychology Today, the blamer is actually projecting what they feel onto you so they can deflect attention away from themselves and this can be used as a major red flag. They never acknowledge why others have responded in the manner they have, at times using drastic measures just to find peace from the noise and deception.  Protecting our selves from the manipulative grip of the blamer and digging deep within knowing what you know about yourself is key. Especially, when we really know who we are, what we stand for and which is proven in our actions. Self awareness is a beautiful thing when you exhibit the type of emotional intellegnce that allows you to understand the part that you played in the blame game. Join me tonight at 11:00pm on Get Fit With Monie - Mind, Body and Spirit.
