Is it too little, too late?

Lots of developments this week in Georgia’s prisons, including more prisons locked down, more dorms sleeping in mats on the floor of prison gyms, lack of toiletries, holes bursting at the seams as they have proven to be inadequate for housing prisoners who are quarantined due to exposure to Covid-19 or are on medical lock down due to being symptomatic or to testing positive for the novel coronavirus.
