Why You Need To Understand That What You Do Matters

Thinking what you do doesn't matter robs the world of your gift.  There are reasons we think we don't matter:

• We compare ourselves to someone who is stellar and out of our league
• We have a false assessment of our worth
• We haven't felt the pain of someone else's unmet need
• We're lazy
