The irresponsible coverage of presidential politics by mainstream media today causes voter uncertainty about the nations progress. Under the leadership of President Obama we have slowly, but surely, changed for the better in critical areas. We can look at Health and Financial Reform changes, education emphasis, equal pay for women, and a minimum wage boost as progressive positives. We can look at the rescue of the Automobile Industry, and the pending withdrawal of our troops from Iraq as positive progressive changes. All of the above notwithstanding, media continues to only focus on negatives such as race, an economy slowed by corporate malfeasance, and partisan polls. The above plus GOP obstructionism causes voter fears that could lead to bad decisions at the polls in November.
