The decision to try 9/11 planners and participants in New York seems reasonable to me under the following circumstances: the criminals are not an army representing a particular country or nation; their crime involved the killing of people other than Americans on American soil - I see their crime as a federal offense. It protects some Americans from being charged with war crimes by the nations that lost citizens here that day. I will elaborate on all of this during my next show. Peace - FrankG
