Is Marijauna an American Cash Cow?

The rising banter about making marijuana legal has even some in the nation's capitol saying what if. I think California is about to lead an effort by some states to cash in on the popular plant to solve their budget woes. Is it time for the nation to accept decriminalizing marijuana, and controlling it like we do whiskey, beer, and wine?
