Penny Rae Vintage was founded in 2008 by St. Louis native, Melissa Rae Brown.  After spending 15 years working onstage with various theatre companies all over the country, Melissa Rae decided it was time to combine her love for theatre, vintage, and design.....and so, Penny Rae Vintage was born.  Every look is inspired by the history, the wit, and the character of a piece from the past, while encompassing fresh concepts and contemporary design of today.  Penny Rae Vintage is vintage style for the modern woman.
