Episode 190 - NFBC Bonus Episode! Justin Mason @JustinMasonFWFB Chuck Anderson @Justchuckingit Guest: Greg Ambrosius of NFBC Topics: NFBC Strategy and information: How did you come to the base format of the NFBC Leagues and the KDS draft slotting in particular? Is there a particular draft spot that has more winners than others? With Leagues starting as the WS ends..have you noticed a trend in what month the overall winners draft? Is there a huge risk/reward at play in drafting early? For players new to the NFBC format, would you recommend the draft and hold leagues or the live (online) drafts? Some positions in particular at drafted higher on average in the draft and hold formats than in your typical non-NFBC leagues. Which positions should owners target a bit earlier than others? How many starting pitchers should you draft keeping in mind that pitchers get injured at a larger rate? Is mining for the next elite RP a good strategy late? Guys like Andrew Miller and Barraclough were very valuable last year at their price. Is there value to drafting prospect rather than steady veterans? Does it give you a better chance to win the overall prizes by taking more chances with high risk/high reward players vs. safer players that may better bets individual leagues?
