Corby Bush has served in ministry for over thirty-five years, having been called to the ministry in 1974. He received his license to preach in 1975. 

Corby Bush is the senior pastor of the Light of Liberty Church in Oak Park, Illinois, the church in which he founded in 1992 and the senior pastor of the Greater Harvest Church in Dallas, Texas. Both churches have a strong emphasis on supporting missions and evangelism. He is committed to helping people establish a relationship with God eternal through his Son Jesus Christ.

He has a strong calling in the area of foreign missions, having traveled extensively to over 40 countries. His mission projects have aided many missionaries in their work. Corby Bush's theme of his mission is go where God's voice is heard small and God's light shines dim; go to those to whom nothing has been prepared”. His desire is to see people of all nations experience spiritual growth by making the life-changing wisdom of the Bible understandable.
