Our faith in Christ is also a gift from God. However, is our focus on asking God to increase our faith in Jesus or are we remaining unchanged and sometimes drifting away from Him? Are we sinking in life like Peter did when he took his eyes off of Jesus?  Are we doubting Our Lord and Savior's perfect plans for each and everyone of us?
