How do we feed the Spirit within us ? Do we follow the promptings of the Holy Spirit's and ask to be filled with His Spirit ? Do we feed and and want to gratify the desires of the flesh? Are we indulging in the temptations by the enemy instead of resisting and fleeing from them? Isn't the peace that we get after indulgence , short -lived and deceptive? Why do the same temptations keep returning endlessly like an enemy army with unending reserve forces? No matter what we may feel or percieve , it is not God who is tempting us . James 1:12-15 says, "Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will recieve the crown of life that God has promised to those who love Him. when tempted, no one should say , "God is tempting me." For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He tempt anyone; but each one is tempted when, by his own desire, he is dragged away and enticed. Then after desire has concieved, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full grown, gives birth to death. " How is our "Temptation Diet " doing?
