We live in a world that  puts much importance in what a person can or cannot do . What a person is on the inside really does not matter too much anymore . The emphasis is not only on possession and popularity  but also how much power one thinks he or she can attain . Too often we're just in it for ourselves , not caring what other people need or want . Compassion is a word  that we may use in our conversations , but we seldom have that in the " business " we like to call in our lives . Are our  schedules and worldly concerns keeping us too preoccupied and crowding out our love and Christian service to others ? What characteristics is God interested in building in all of us ? Compassion for one another is certainly at the top of the list but how about integrity ? We all can look good and godly on Sunday but how do we live the rest of the week ?
