Mr. Tyler say's "I am a lifelong progressive and liberal issues activist, spanning quite the gamut of social and political issues. Being a husband, a father and a worker for all of my adult life (currently at two jobs), I've seen up close and personal the real "Class War" that the most wealthy in this nation have been perpetrating upon the rest of us via their murderous tools: the Corporations. I simply must take action to stop this downward spiral our nation and world finds itself in.
I chose to run because no one else was going to champion We the People versus They the Corporations. I waited all year to hear that Dennis Kucinich or Alan Grayson would pick up the torch and run, but they didn't. I decided, then, in September that we can't wait for some hero from outside the 99% to save us - we must mount a challenge of our own."
