Tonight Gisella will bring to you Debbie Lousberg. The topic: The Impact of Jobloss on the Family. A Certified Career Coach who works with individuals to plan and manage their career transitions, paths and development. She facilitates outplacement workshops with employees leaving organizations through downsizing or retirement, and those moving into different roles because of restructure and promotion. She currently oversees a program at Cal State San Marcos, Career Transition for Professionals.
Debbie also helps people understand how communication issues impact the workplace on topics such as Hearing Loss at Work, Generations working together, and Sharpening Communication Skills for Job Seekers. Debbie will discuss the impact a jobloss has on the family.
