Why does the enemy attack people from the womb?

It is the time of ignorance, it’s the time of development. Whatever is programmed at this time, mixes with the person. What is mixed may not manifest immediately but may manifest later on in life. It is  a time of spiritual establishment.

God told Jeremiah, "Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and  before  thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified  thee, and  ordained  thee a prophet unto the nations. Jermiah 1:5

It is a time the enemy could pollute and corrupt.  

The Psalmist said loud and clear "if the foundation be destroyed what shall the righteous do? Ps. 11:3
