Normally the job skills gaps we encounter are for skilled jobs. We find that there are jobs , but simply not enough people who have the specific  technical or trained skills required to do the jobs.

We are a nation currrently with 3.6 million jobs which are currently unfilled. Yet 12 million Americans remain unemployed. What are we doing to fill those jobs and where exactly are those skills gaps?
