The rough recession has really made it tough for many people who have had to jump from job to job in order to make ends meet. Maybe they have had gaps in their employment which might indicate that they could be unstable or lack the talent to get the job done.

Older workers find this problem even harder. They are the ones who were conditioned to think that one job for an entire career is what we all aspired to. The generations have changed this though and movement  from job to job doesn't  have to be seen as  a problem.
