Education Is a Terrible Thing to Waste

It's been said that the U.S. educational system is filled with an assortment of problems. It's also been said that a large number of students are failing and aren't learning much at all. Many students are now graduating with less knowledge and capability than students in other industrialized countries. Classroom disruptions are common, school violence is rampant, and other incidents on school buses has become a tremendous problem. In the collective effort to improving our school systems, promoting education, and increasing healthy test scores what are some of the things that we as a neighbor, a person, a community, or even as Christians can do to aid in the fight?
