Have you ever experience moments when you sat around and imagined yourself being in a loving, caring, and committed romantic relationship? Now I want you to understand that its perfectly healthy and normal for one to imagine having and experiencing the best that life has to offer, especially when it comes to a partner or spouse. It’s also OK and normal to think and imagine those things if you’re a Christian. After all, the bible does declare that He (being the Son of God) came that each of us would have a life that’s full of the best that the human life experience has to offer. But can that same promise relate to relationships as well? Now go with me for a moment. God has, is, and always will be divinely concerned about the relationships that we get involved in and how they effect us. Now relationships can be platonic, social, business, or romantically related. However, God is just as concerned not only by the relationships themselves, but also by our behavior patterns; both of which can hinder us from developing and maintaining healthy and successful relationships.
