Of course as always we have with us Matt Hulbert from Celebrate Recovery as well and some of the participants from that awesome group who share their testimonies as well!!
 
It's time to heal - Don't you think?  For me it is.  From the sexual, mental and emotional abuse I received throughout my life.  I keep going back to those things and focusing on the scars that they have left.  Every time I do, it brings up anger, then depression, then bitterness.  What we don't realize is that when we fall into bitterness - IT WILL spread to others.  I offer a different point of view on the focus of those scars:
 
I ask that you NEVER be ashamed, angry or bitter of the scars that life has left you with.  KNOW THIS - A scar means the hurt IS OVER, FINISHED, DONE and the wound is CLOSED.  You endured the pain and GOD has healed you.  
 
Why do we always want to focus on the pains of life - hold on to them like Linus does with his blanket;  thinking that we can't live without them because we are afraid of what might come next - A Bigger HURT? A more CHALLENGING TRIAL?  Listen in and Hear the Power of how Jesus has caused RADICAL redemptions in peoples lives!
