Tonight on the Engine House Training Show we will talk with Dr. David Griffin.  Dr. Griffin is a Training Instructor with the City of Charleston Fire Department.  Dr. Griffin is the author of "In Honor of the Charleston 9" - A Study of Change Following Tragedy.

Dr. Griffn will discuss several topics related to his story, and the result of his study of the Sofa Super Store fire to which he was the first arriving apparatus operator.  The events of that day took the lives of 9 members of the Chaleston Fire Department.

Dr. Griffin has taken on the task of educating the fire service worldwide about organizational learning and the change that has occured as a result of this incident.
