Problem-solving and decision-making are closely linked and require a clear process so that effective decision making and problem solving can be achieved. This is especially important for a leader as they face the issues of their particular organization. Decision-making is more natural to certain individuals but all of us can learn to be more effective in our decision making. Leaders make decisions and solve problems.
