Justice for All (Exodus 23) and Israel Affirms the Covenant (Exodus 24)

     (Exodus 23)...Do not put your hand with the wicked to be an unrighteous witness.  You shall not follow a crowd to do evil; nor shall you testify in a dispute so as to turn aside after many to pervert justice.

     (Exodus 24)... He said to Moses, you and Aaron, Nadad and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Israel, and worship from afar.  "And Moses alone shall come near the Lord, but they shall not come near, nor shall the people go up with him.
