Soledad O'Brien take us on a new journey tonight with her documentary series entitled Black In America.  In Black In America 4, O'Brien tackles technology and Silicon Valley.  Black in America 4 follows eight African Americans who are trying to have their technological projects funded through Silicon Valley investors.  The eight individuals consisting of both men and women are members of an incubation called NEWME.  Similar to MTV's Real World, they share a house for eight weeks as they are mentored in methods of obtaining financial backing for their projects.  Unlike the television show, they are focused on their projects and they share this average 3 bedroom home.  They will have six minutes to pitch their projects.

Soledad O'Brien sat at the Lunch Counter on Febone1960.net and spoke to us candidly about her new documentary which airs tonight.  You can take a listen at this interview by clicking on the podcast at http://febone1960.net/febone_blog/?p=4697.
