Lynchburg, Va native Clarise Hicks who also goes by Southern goddess is a spoken word artist/singer/song writer who has been writing for most of her life. She is the mother of 4 beautiful children, most of which are grown and is a current graduate From Sanford-Brown College where she obtained her bachelor of Fine Arts for digital media production. She is currently attending Ashworth College for her Event Planning certification. At this time she resides in Norfolk VA where she decided to relocate to pursue her purpose and passion in life. She recently discovered her love for music through djing for events and running her internet radio show (Sounds 4 the Soul on blogtalkradio.com/egmradio), and looks to start her own entertainment company in the near future. Her desire is to inspire others to live in their purpose daily.
