The Story of a Single Mom

Join us on this episode of Family Talk with my special guest: Stacey MacGlashan. Stacey MacGlashan is a licensed clinical social worker, specializing in therapy with adolescents and families. She earned a BA in English literature and communications from the University of Michigan and an MA in journalism from the University of Maryland. She then worked for several years as a newspaper reporter and editor before changing course and earning her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Denver.

Her life choices have led her through many changes and in many different directions. Perhaps her willingness to make changes and embrace new experiences prepared her for taking the chance on single motherhood. She also believes those choices have provided her with valuable insights that might help others fumbling along their own unique paths.
