L.A.-based guitarist/singer-songwriter Dave Widow's latest CD,Waiting For The World To End, is not your usual compilation of cover tunes. It is, in fact, a collection of original songs based on the inspiration of the blues genre. Widow melds Americana, the blues with funk R&B, rock and soul to forge his signature sound.
