"the ceed" is an interactive experience powered by Murder She Wrote & Epiphany Radio. Facilitated by Gwen Cee, Poet, 7x Author, HR Director, and Commissioner serving on the Louisville Metro Human Relations Commission.

This workshop will take you on a journey using a series of six activities to uncover a current personal or community-based hope or goal. Gwen who holds a Master of Science in HR Organizational Development created this workshop to empower you to "plant the seed" and add value through art. Specifically, poetry. At the conclusion, you will have your own "poetic plan" for next steps a.k.a. the "poem." The "poem" is the seed. Nourish it; make sure it grows!
