She earned her Bachelors in Computer Science from Bowling Green State University. Jacqueline possesses over 25 years’ experience working on projects, using various methodologies and approaches including Agile, Extreme Programing, Waterfall, Object-oriented, UML, Six Sigma and CMMI. She has held roles of business analyst, project manager, program manager, tester, DBA, developer, process analyst.

“Kupe” Kupersmith, President & Principal, B2T Training, possesses over 15 years of experience in software systems development. He has served as the lead Business Analyst and Project Manager on projects in the Energy, television and sports management and marketing industries. Additionally, he serves as a mentor for business analysis professionals. Kupe is the co-author of Business Analysis for Dummies, a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) and an IIBA® Board Member.
