Viki Winterton interviews Dr. Francesca Jackson!
Dr. Francesca Jackson founded a clinical practice in Bay Area, California, and specialized in seeing people who had been given up on, and told they would have to ‘learn to live with it’.
She has maintained a daily personal practice of meditation and techniques using yoga and science of the breath for over 38 years, and has been teaching these techniques for the past 19 years.
She has worked with people facing their mortality – including cancer and HIV – also with incarcerated individuals (men, women, juveniles in all security levels) and people struggling to recover from trauma (veterans, earthquake in Haiti, Hurricane Katrina).
