Unless you've been hibernating the past 10+ years, you've noticed that government spending has exploded and continues to grow.  President Obama's recently proposed budget sets another record for government spending, meanwhile, been over 1,000 days since the Senate has approved a budget. If that's not enough to make you pull your hair out, how about the ever-expanding regulation state that towers over start-ups and existing companies.

Congressman Mick Mulvaney sits on the Budget Committee and the Small Business Committee and was on to speak about the growing regulatory state.  I pressed the Congressman on which particular regulations he would like to see removed and to explain his rationale.  With the Congressman being a member of the Joint Economic Committee, I wanted to get his thoughts on what job creators are telling him are holding them back. If you're interested in hearing about solutions, you'll want to hear this interview.
