Why would the Social Security Administration need protections in not sharing information regarding Policyholders? In fact, why would this information not be available to insured from any insurer? Personally, I believe we would all be surprised about what is being held in personal injury files. Insurance Companies share insured information.  So who is the last to know if ever? Those who need the information most, the applicants they serve.
