It's Beaten Path, right here on Ernest Radio Network.

Wikileaks in and of itself is valuable foreign policy information stemming 40 years back.  If you want to know what Henry Kissinger was thinking during the mid-east or Vietnam negotiations, what President Takari in Afghanistan felt about the future of his country in 1978 one year before he was assassinated, Prime Minister Golda Meir's letters to the U.S., it's all there.
Who has the time and energy to pursue such a wealth of knowledge?  Luckily, international relations geeks like me.  Aside from political wrangling, the information benefits colleges, universities, human behavior studies, scholars and the like.  Let's not put a political tag on it.  Let's weigh it for what its worth, now that its in the open.
