Based on recent events, and past incidences, your gracious host Ernest will be talking about when fandom goes too far?  Why do fans of an artist, a sports team, or a movie star go too far, and make attacks personal when someone disagrees with the subject of their fandom?  We've seen this with fans of singer Lady Gaga, the Twilight movie, the television show GLEE, and more.  Let's explore why fans become overtly obsessive with entertainment.  Most fans will never meet the object of their affection, yet they will defend them to the death.  Is there a lack of balance in life?  Perhaps people are living vicariously through the artist.
