Entertainment Worldwide Network 619-639-4709 (EVERY SUN, THRU FRI 10PM EAST COAST / 7PM WEST COAST) brings you “Artist Development” Tonight's show is “Break down of Product Sales.” Artists do you ever wonder what happens to all the money earned from your sold music. Do you know what the breakdowns of your earnings are? Well it will vary and if you are under a music label your money becomes a little complicated. The money that the record label put behind your music is simply a loan and they want it back, not some of it but all of it and with interest. You really didn’t think that all those Recording advances, the benefits of promotions and tour organizations were for free? For the independent Artists it’s a little simpler one being they don’t have loans to pay back. You may find that having direct sales puts more money in your pocket. Paypal fee’s I find are the most reasonable way of collecting. Don’t take my word. Try Amazon, CD Baby, iTunes and the others that are out there. You may be more comfortable with one opposed to another.  Understand that Net amount is how much money you receive and you should receive the majority of what is sold, however you have to factor in bank fees, postage, digital distribution fees, manufacturing and any other hands that are open and ready to collect from you. Remember the less middle men with their hands stretched out leaves more money in your pocket. Need to know more, let our panel of expert teach you.
