So often we get entangled of other things, we're caring for others on a daily basis, we put ourselves on the back burner and push us to the side. It's time to do a better job of taking care of ourselves. Everything we need is referenced in the bible. God has addresses it all in the scriptures. It does not matter if it's sickness and disease, finances, family, jobs, church, relationships. We must get to a place that we stop and read, listen and speak what God says about us, for us and to us. Rest is a very important part of self-care.
