Spotlight On Business Professionals Welcomes Tracy Echols

Tracy Echols is a multi-faceted, successful entrepreneur with extensive public and private sector, non-profit, corporate, and for profit business experience. She started her own business in 2005, The Abundance Advantage, from her vast financial services dealings, realizing that establishing goals and dreams should encompass all aspects of an individual’s life, not just financial.  She felt as though without a focused intervention, our community and its children would continue to struggle more than was necessary and continues to lead the Chamber’s of Commerce’s Hernando Youth Initiative since 2006. She set aside her company in 2011 to devote full-time effort to creating better pathways for all youth from birth to success through her work with Communities In Schools of Hernando County, a national dropout prevention program that she implemented starting in 2011 at the two lowest performing high schools.
