As the Baby Boomers were growing up amongst the threat of war, through the “free love” movement, under stanch religious constraints from our parent’s generation and in the midst of civil turmoil we lost our connection with Spirit. In search of our Spirits and the meaning of life we moved through a devastating drug period. Today, we "Sagers" are encouraged, by guest, Freedome El, Green Life Transformation Specialist and Naturopathic Wholistic Medicine Woman/Healer to return to "culture", so that we can be inner-directed to Higher Spiritual awakening, deeper self-healing, empowerment and wellness, for better living.

Freedome El is a licensed wholistic health consultant, health and wellness practitioner/therapist, creative artist and educator. She is a graduate of Queen Afua’s Sacred Medicine Women Program and teaches Belly Dance Rites of Passage at Joe’s Movement Emporium in Mt. Rainier, Md. on Monday nights at 8:30 pm.
