The East Los Angeles Community Law & Civil Rights Center is a non-profit corporation offering a wide range of self-help legal services to the Community of Los Angeles who are immigrant or individuals who are economically challenged. 

The East Los Angeles Community Law & Civil Rights Center provides free & low cost informational services to those who cannot afford the legal assistance of an attorney and who are unable to fill out the legal forms in self-representation cases on their own for lack of understanding the complexity of the law in self-pursuit of their personal freedoms, civil liberties, justice & equality.
