Tina de Lemps is a leading expert and innovator in the field of personal training and fitness. By combining her more than 30 years of experience, love of movement and passion for healthy living. Tina’s customized workout programs elevate her clients’ results to a superior level by enabling them to incorporate various disciplines of exercise and coaching them to make positive lifestyle choices. She lives by example, as a marathon runner and avid yoga participant.
Ms. de Lemps currently serves as the Director of Fitness, Health and Wellness at various prestigious country clubs in the metropolitan New York area including the Muttontown Club of East Norwich, NY since 2005 and Delaire Country Club in Delray Beach, Florida. B.FIT also specializes in providing on-site trainers to private gyms and exclusive residences in NYC, Long Island and Florida.
Once again anticipating a need in the field of wellness, Tina has developed Femcho, a unique fitness and self-worth program for pre-teen and teenage girls.
Ms. de Lemps has involved her clients in raising thousands of dollars for the Leukemia Foundation and the Thomas Harttman Parkinson’s Foundation. She has been featured in publications such as Vogue, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and New York Magazine. She has appeared on national broadcast television and has spoken publicly at corporate wellness events.
