A.D. The Bible Continues Episode 8 - Faith Leaders Roundtable Discussion

A powerful roundtable discussion took place with more than a hundred faith leaders, pastors and influencers around the world.  The call was hosted by Johnnie Moore (Chief of Staff to Mark Burnett, VP of Faith Content, LightWorkers Media) with special guests, Rabbi Jason Sobel (Founder of the Messianic Jewish Community, Fusion) and Pastor Derwin Gray (former NFL player and the founding & lead pastor of Transformation Church, a multi-ethnic, multi-generational, mission-shaped community).

Drawing on 1st Century history of intolerance and persecution, Pastor Derwin and Rabbi Sobel's insightful conversation could not be any more relevant in today’s racially and religiously charged world. Both gave a renewed call for unity across ethnic, religious and spiritual divides as symbolized by Paul's transformation from the chief persecutor of Christians to the chief evangelist to non-Jewish gentiles.

The discussion provides a wonderful glimpse at how God brought together two of the most important leaders in our country alongside a hundred other influential faith leaders in unity through a discussion about Episode 8 and the conversion of Paul.  Our hope is that through this episode, more conversations like this will be sparked and lives will be changed  by this inspiring story.
