This week's on the Empowerment Hour we welcome Adbur-Rahim Hameed, National President of the National Black Contractors Association The National President of the National Black Contractors Association will discuss the national scope of the organization and share some of the organizations plans and experiences in the world of large- and small-scale contractors. We will also discuss the future be for Black Contractors in this economy. Mr. Hameed will also continue to share with us the organizations experiences with the post-Katrina Hurricane recovery; the black contractor’s involvement with Haiti following the earthquake; and the varying fortunes of black contractors in the wake of President Barack Obama's Stimulus.
