This week on the Empowerment Hour Kermit Eady and Earnest Mcbride welcome Rev. Steve Jamison, pastor of Maranatha Faith Center in Columbus, MS. Pastor Jamison is also an environmental activist in the Black communities of Columbus and Hattiesburg, Mississippi, the two worst creosote pollution sites in the United States. Our focus this week is the issue of chemical pollution in Black neighborhoods in Mississippi and throughout the United States. Callers are invited to call in and let their voices be heard.
