What is it like being biracial in the Black Community?
Special Guest: Bianca D. M. Wilson, Ph.D.
Bianca D.M. Wilson, Ph.D., is a community psychologist currently working as an Assistant Professor of Psychology at California State University, Long Beach. Her research focuses on the relationships between culture, oppression, and sexual health among African American same-gender loving people. She identifies racially as Black and White biracial, and is the daughter of a White French-Canadian mom and Black American dad. She is married to Verlena Johnson, who is also biracial, and has a 10-month old son named Kai.
