Hello folks, and thank you for tuning in to the show.  In this Audioblog, we will continue where we left off with respect to the applicability of E-Discovery, in particular, the Rule 26(f) to an Adversary Proceeding as described in Rule 7001 and governed by Part VII of the FRBP.

I would like to recap what we have already learned because I have received a plethora of calls from homeowners interested in utilizing bankruptcy as a last resort in efforts to save their homes from a foreclosure sale and subsequent eviction.

So, we will touch on this important tool that can be employed to not only protect a homeowner from a foreclosure sale and eviction, but also an eviction, and allow you the opportunity to litigate any issues you may have with respect to wrongful foreclosure.
