The Government Has Failed...Yet Again

As far back as 1994, there was a plan on the books to have fire booms ready to respond should a disaster like we see now in the Gulf happen. We'll discuss how the government performed this 16 year old plan. We'll also talk about the new revelation that the government may have been responsible for the lead up to the Kent State Massacre (surprise, surprise).
