Sotomayor has been going up against the Senate this week and it has truly been a sight to see. How can a Senate that doesn't follow the Constitution ever hope to correctly vet a Supreme Court nominee? And if none of them follow the Constitution, and they are grilling a judge who has some issues with the Constitution, isn't this like the fox guarding the henhouse?
