Many religions attempt to separate the spiritual from the sexual, the spirit from the flesh.  However, to be whole beings we, in my estimation must respect the mind, body, and heart (spirit) to be complete.  A spiritual world without sex is barren, and a sexual world without the compassion of the heart (spirit) is compassionless and self-centered.

            In this episode discuss connecting our heart and bodies to establish a world of respect for ourselves and to create a world filled with compassion for others and the world.  Embodied spirituality is establishing the ocnnection between our hearts and our bodies.
