Deliverance and the Authority of Jesus Christ

Matthew 28:18: And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. There is no power in the earth, under the earth or the above the earth that has more authority than Jesus Christ. 

Jesus delegated power to the disciples in Matt:10:1: 

And when he had called unto him his twelve disciples, he gave them power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease.
